Consumer called to reject the business response. She acknowledges signing "as-is" docs,... but was not warned by owner that the engine was shot. She states that when she bought the vehicle, the vehicle did not run. States that business told her of a few items that needed fixed, but did NOT mention the engine did not work.

but was not warned by owner that the engine was shot.  She states that when she bought the vehicle, the vehicle did not run.  States that business told her of a few items that needed fixed, but did NOT mention the engine did not work.

The customer bought a used car from the business. After three months, the car locked up. It's like the key was not the correct one, but it was. The customer indicated the owner said for him to return the key and he would give back some money. After getting the key back to the owner of the business, he refused to help. The owner called Mr. Jone's ex-wife a liar and said he never promised to give any money back. The customer had three mechanics look at it and the cost to fix the car will be around $300. The owner said there was not anything wrong with the car. He is also saying Mr. [redacted] damaged the car, but the customer did not.
