I have read the complaint regarding Mr***The warranty that Mr*** purchased has been canceled. There should not of been a proration on the warranty and the $will be refunded to Mr. ***If you have any questions, Please contact me at ***

Attached is a computer print out of D & R's vehicle history for Mr*** Ford FocusWhen Mr*** first called regarding vehicle not shifting properly he stated vehicle had not been shifting properly for several weeks but
had continued to drive vehicleTransmission failed not due to transmission service rather neglect on customer's part by failing to notify service shopFailure to check fluid level, failure to stop driving vehicle when acting upUnfortunately, I do not have a carbon copy of inspection sheet customer should have a copy where he is told transmission was leakingI am all about customer service had Mr*** let me know there was still an issue we could have come to an agreement and solution ourselves

The transmission had problems only AFTER I brought it to D&R for a tuon the engine*** recommended the transmission serviceThere were no issues with the transmission at this pointThere was also no mention of leaks or any other problems from the transmissionI previously brought the vehicle in for vibration on the freeway and an incorrectly chosen engine mount was replaced to fix minor vibrations felt in the vehicle while driving on the freewayIt was noted afterward that there was no issue with the part that was replacedInstead, the other mounts were recommended to be changedThis was after a drive with one of the technicians the technician also drove the vehicle himselfThe transmission was not mentioned to have any issues, at this point, while work was being done all around itThe transmission shifting problem showed up a little over a month after I recieved the transmission service from D&RI took the vehicle back to them when I noticed it having issues shiftingThe vehicle would not go into overdrive on the freeway and at speeds around mph it had trouble maintaining the speed*** claimed when he put more transmission fluid in the vehicle that it was operating fineWhen I drove the vehicle it was not operating fine the same issues were still thereHe also claimed it had a leak because of the suspension upgrades and I told him the suspension was changed at around 20,000miles on the vehicle so why would the transmission go out month after its 1st transmission service? This is not the first issue I have had with their workAs you can see by the work ordersI trusted them to work on my car and they did not put enough fluid in my transmission after recommending the transmission service

We resolved the issue with the customer by paying her taxes so she can title the car in IllinoisCustomer is happy

I spoke to all parties involved in the car sale and we have a different version than what *** statedI tried contacting her to resolve this issue and her daytime phone is not accepting incoming phone callsWe are willing to pay the taxes and titling fees? for Tennessee.? Please let us

To resolve this issue we are willing to cover the second payment due on April 6th of $The result of the resigning was to lower *** *** payments and the results was a $less per month resulting in a $savings for *** ***.The payoff has been completed and a
