which was completed then ***'s home A/C went out and told me to stop work because he needed the money to buy a new A/C and was going to use the rest of the money from the jobI said that was fine because I had other jobs I could work on and would work him in as I could, I have been very busy and have worked on his house from time to time, the walls are done and also the electrical all that is left is some plubming and texture and painting which he still owes me the last part of the proposalHe is responsible for the flooring, and outside, cabinents, tile, fans, and lightening as written in the proposalI feel I'm caught up on the job and do not owe him anything. We pay them 12000 dollars plus thousand dollars to support the ceiling which has been done another thousand dollars to run electricity from the rooms in the house to the electrical box which as not been done he is not caught up we figured for us to pay him the last 6000 dollars he will have to have everything done that we paid for already. what we have paid for already that he says he is caught up on is a bunch of cheese.
