We have a body repair facility whom in which we repair cars for Insurance companies, we have a 2010 [redacted] that has rt rr wheel damage, the wheels on the car are aftermarket so inturn we contacted the dealership which is [redacted] whom put the aftermarket wheels on this vehicle, the assesories manager ** gave me the part number to the wheel so I contacted Elite Wheels ###-###-#### gave the part# MR[redacted] to [redacted] the saleman and he inturn told me the wheel is available and would ship out to our shop, we recieved the wheel and the wheel is incorrect and even has a different part number than what I gave him on the box and the invoice so I called and spoke to a gentleman whom claims to be the Manager and Owner b the name of [redacted], he is very disrespectful he told me I was a liar that I did not give the part number that was needed for this vehicle to [redacted] and just very rude and mouthy for owning a business, he stated that he would take the wheel back but our shop has to pay for shipping because were liars.I have a copy of the Insurance Estimate attached to show the part number of the wheel on it dated 11/7/2011 and was uploaded to [redacted] the same day with the correct wheel part number on it, so there is no way I gave [redacted] the part number that he sent. This is not the way to do business and I feel as though they made the mistake they should make good on it.And if this is the way they treat customers they shouldn't be accreditted with the Revdex.com.
