D & R Financial

On 06/07/2013 [redacted] with D & R Financial stated that they would delete account Number XXXXXXXXXXX off of my credit report as they agreed they would
After numerous attempts to contact D&R Financial on a personal level I had to hire an attorney who got in touch with [redacted] (Customer Service) to verify the information on my account is accurate and correct. On 06/07/2013 [redacted] verified that the name, Social Security Number and Address were incorrect on account number XXXXXXXXXXX, she also stated that the Drivers license was unreadable and that there was no copy of a social security number, she also stated that her client was bough by another company and they no longer have any additional means to collect the information to verify identity and that they were deleting the account off of my credit report confirmed by [redacted] through my Attorney within 72 hours and a confirmation letter sent to me personally at my address. (E-Mail can be provided to verify story) From 06/22/2013 through present day e-mails and phone messages have been sent daily with no response what so ever from [redacted] or a representative from D&R Financial. As of 07/18/2013 account XXXXXXXXXXX is still reporting on all three credit reporting agencies. I have been denied a personal and business loan from Financial Institutions due to this erroneous account and D&R Financial to act as a responsible corporation and choose not to rectify this situation or give any communication to update a status.
D & R Financial has also refused to call me and ceased communication since 06/07/2013 after several repeated attempts to get in touch with [redacted], (D & R Financials Representative) on or about the following days;
