your new home in January so we had some timeI was surprised to get your call the other day demanding we settle you claim immediatelyAs we discussed your refrigerator is years old not newSee image with the manufactures plate showing 2009, and parts are no longer available for this model see attached product discontinued image from ***. We have been looking everywhere we could to find someone to repair you dent but no luckWe have contacted many appliance repair shops around the nation trying to find a cover for you model but none are availableWith older furniture we often find available of parts non existentBut never have we not been able to find someone to repair something. There is no way to determine the value of the refrigerator today except to find one on the open marketWe found one available today for at *** see image with posting id and the model number plateOur website at *** covers all moving terms and conditions for our companyI offered you to settle the claim in our last conversation but you said noThe offer still standsAgain we are sorry this damage occurredWe have offered you more than the fair market price for the damage to your refrigerator and some. This is *** from D And R Movers I'm sorry about your experience with the move this time I know you are a repeat customer of ours.and that's why we moved you late that day after you got off work.with that being said what would make you happy about your experience with us and to use us in
the future as well.if you won't use us please tell me why so I can work on those issues,because we want to better serve you once again sorry and I will me more than happy to give you money out of pocket for those guys moving your couch
