We have processed the refund for the customer's return request #[redacted] under order #[redacted].  I spoke with the customer directly and confirmed she has received her refund in full.

We have contacted the customer via email and will send him a return label to return the shoes for a full refund.  Once the shoes are received, a full refund will be issued to the same form of payment used to purchase the shoes.  I did also advise the customer that our policy for all...
