We have contacted the customer via email and will send him a return label to return the shoes for a full refund Once the shoes are received, a full refund will be issued to the same form of payment used to purchase the shoes I did also advise the customer that our policy for all clearance items is FINAL SALE, however we will make an exception for him this time Thank you
