My hail damage occurred in Reno, TX., April 1, 2015. Of all the numerous sales people that appeared at my front door, Chris Craven was the only one that offered to get on the roof and supply an estimate. All the other sales people said call me when your insurance person arrives for the inspection. I did business with DR Roofing because Chris Craven was cordial and did not put the "hard sell" on me. The estimate was fair, the delivery of roofing material, and the repair was scheduled with minimum intrusion to our daily life. The roofer did a great job. There was one minor adjustment we required. Doyle (the owner) came out the next day and fixed the minor issue himself! I am extremely impressed by the professional qualities of this business and will use them again.

We are selling our house and after the inspection we needed a few repairs done to the roof. I contacted DR Roofing and within a couple hours he was out at my house. He was able to do an inspection of the roof and fix the problem THAT day! The price was very fair. I would highly recommend DR Roofing for anyone that needs roof work.

DR Roofing put a new roof on my home after a hail storm in 2008. This year, wind gusts blew tiles off of my roof and into my backyard. Since the roof was a little over 5 years old, the warranty had expired, but the area that needed to be repaired was fairly small. When I contacted Doyle, he agreed to come out and look at it and let me know the next day he would take care of it at no charge. This is customer service that you do not find easily these days. I would definitely recommend DR Roofing for any roofing needs and will be using him next time I need a new roof.
