D&R roofers repaired a heating stack that was damaged from ice and snow last winter.Repair wasn't done correctly I have a gaping hole around stack.D&R Roofing repaired a heating stack that was knocked over from ice and snow last winter(February). They replaced a section of pipe and sealed around the outside of the stack. A couple of days after the repair I noticed that the inside pipe doesn't fit the outside pipe, there is a gaping hole all around the pipe ( you can see daylight). I called D&R they said they would send someone out. [redacted] showed up saw the repair and said it wasn't done correctly and they will get fixed. After countless calls to him he is no longer taking my calls, so I started calling the owner [redacted]. [redacted] told me he would have it taken care of this was about a month ago. I have of as yet to have this problem taken cared of. I have a gaping hole around the whole interior pipe of a heating unit which leaks water every time it rains.Desired SettlementI would like the stack repaired or a refund.

We hired this company to replace our [redacted] roof and have had numerous leaks they fixed one and have not repaired the rest and can not contact them We hired this company to replace our [redacted] roof with a [redacted] E.P.D.M. with a 20 year labor, Material, and Workmanship Warranty in [redacted] of 2013 they started around the end of [redacted] and we have had numerous leaks they fixed one and have not repaired the rest of them number around eight. We have had contacted them on several occasions about these issues they said that they would come out and inspect them and repair them they have never shown up or called or emailed us to rectify the situation. we spoke to the owner on or about [redacted] XX XXXX and he said that they would be here on the following [redacted] 2014 they have not shown up and will not answer there phone XXX-XXX-XXXX We also spoke to one of there foremen on [redacted] X XXXX at 3 44 pm XXX-XXX-XXXX and he said that they were closed for the week for vacation and he would try to get a hold of the owner this is the last contact we have had with the company they will not answer there business phone line or their foreman's phone it says that they are not excepting phone calls right now. There is damages done to the inside of one of our rental units in four separate areas making it imposable to re-rent. we were also told that that after the roof was done that there would be an inspection done by a company associated with something call [redacted] inspection they also said the [redacted] fee was included in the price to this date we have nit had a inspection of refunded any moneys due to the leaks or the inspection not being done we have done everything that they have asked and then some also our drains were never tapered the 18 inches that is said on the contractDesired Settlementseeking the cost to have the one year old roof to be repaired and the damages that have been done to the inside for the third time that we have to fix it water is leaking in front of our elevator shaft and can eventually get down to our control room
