We spoke with Mr *** on December 9th and explained to him the issue we were having with his transferAt that time I assured him that he would not be paying his dues, he mentioned at that time he had not yet received his bill and
would send it to me as soon as he did, we received the copy of the bill December 23rdOur offices were closed the last weeks of for the holidays and when we returned on January 4th we immediately paid the billThe check for the MF's cleared our account on 1/30/bringing his account current and we have since resubmitted the paperwork for transfer

[redacted] and they informed me that that have mailed her a Power of Attorney twice but have not received it back. If she would just sign the Power of Attorney letter from [redacted] the transfer would go through. I have requested that they send it to her again.
