bought washer and dryer 1/8/13 and the dryer whistled from day one and the washer wouldnt spin unless on delicate I paid 335.00for kenmore set
I paid cash I have a 90 day guarantee and its almost up and I have not been able to use my appliances. after 3 weeks they sent someone to fix the washer I was told he would return in 3 days with another one but he has yet o return ive called back on a daily basis and am told call back each time. I want my money back now I dont even want them to come and fix the problem because whatever he did now theres water on the floor and the dryer is now smoking
