Paid for remanfactured motor up front and months later still don't have car motor and haven't refunded my money after several request

Review: I had taken my vehicle to [redacted] to be repaired. I bought all of the parts and took them with the vehicle. He had my truck for over 2 months and I had to forcibly go to his house and take it back. I took it straight to another mechanic and all of my parts were gone but he did not replace any of them nor did he do the work that he had told us he did. I now have a very large bill at the local mechanics shop to fix his problems. The parts that he did replace were not done correctly. I had paid him for the work that he did not do.Desired Settlement: I want either my money back that I paid to him, or I want him to be responsible for the cost in fixing my vehicle from all of the things he messed up. I do NOT want him to fix it again
