We pulled the part off of an just like she stated and we asked for the vin no before to make sure it was a first She would not get the vin and the part was an I am the owner and she was there about Min and I have to get paid for pulling a part even if they don't want it I would have gladly pulled another year if I could have got the vin I have a sign posted for a restock fee if they want to return it and not take another part .She chose to get a new one and that's fine but I have a restock fee and it was off of a periodIt is worth more than dollars to pull a control arm because her mechanic thought a new one was better she should have bought a new one and saved me the problem I work for to many people for nothing I and my Famley have been in same location for years and not by ripping people off Thanks [redacted] Owner

We sell used auto parts .The girl gave use the wrong year the first time on order which a lot of people think doesn't matter but it dose .She got another pump and that was not her problem on her car .We did not get paid to fix her car and I pay my help a lot of money and we have a restock fee
because people will work us to death because you can't go buy anew one and return it if that is not the problem We did all we could and should not have returned it at all because we don't return electrical parts at all for exact reason they don't no what is wrong with the carThe restock is posted and no electrical retunsI'm sorry I couldn't help her Thanks*** ***

I just want the so called company to admit it was there fault and to fix it, I will put this issue to rest as soon as they admit they messed up and give me the part I need in order to fix my car the right way for free, I don't want another fuel pump just the part that I need to fix the fuel pump that they gave me to make that fuel pump work for my car. It's not hard to admit that they were wrong, just like if I gave them the wrong year for my car I would admit it but I didn't give them the wrong year (as seen in my reciept) I just want this to be made right.
