On 09/13/2018, I traded a vehicle with Lewis Nissan, on 10/31/I received a phone call from my previous loan company stating I was behind on my payment and it was reported to my credit as lateI informed them I had traded my vehicle on 09/13/2018, they stated they had not received any payment or payoff amount, that I needed to contact Lewis Nissan, so after multiple attempts, I spoke with the lady in the finance department who assured me they had sent out a check, but was unable to give me any date as whenI stressed to her how important it is with my employer that I make all my payments on time and no delinquency is reported to my credit, her reply is if the check is not cashed by Monday we will stop payment and issue another check The lack of responsibility from Lewis Nissan is not the way to conduct businessI would not recommend anyone to purchase from this dealer

I took my car to Nissan a few weeks ago because previous to that day, I'd taken it before for maintenance work and left with more problems than I'd even started out withI sat around and watched nobody touch my car for literally straight hours, then when I went to tell the service representative, he assures me that I'm hallucinating and that the invisible people NOT touching my car are in fact their service department working soooo hard to fix the problemAfter hours of wait, aftermarket rotors were placed onto my vehicle without my consent, and then hours later I leave with the EXACT same problems I'd walked into there with! I told the woman that I made the payment to that I was extremely disappointed with how I'd been treated, yet all she had to say was "I'm sorry to hear that"I've attempted contacting Nissan to speak to a service manager for over three weeks now, each time given a different excuseHe's always either on vacation or takes day-long lunches and never shows ba
