D & S Deck & Fence Staining

This service provider preformed the service of applying a coating to a brand new cedar deck and within 1 month of the service the areas molded, peeled and blistered. I called him back immediately and he stated that there was nothing he could do about it. He was originally suppose to appy 3 coast of the finish but only applied 2 coats and told me that was all he was going to do. He told me that he was going to spay the coating on but instead rolled it on
