D & S Design / Drafting Service

Company can no longer be located or contacted to retrieve deposit.
In 2005, I paid $8000 to have D&S Drafting draw housing plans. I no longer require the house plans and am seeking a refund but am unable to locate or contact D&S. Their office on Sand Island is now vacant and my attempts to call or email have gone unanswered.
