D & S Doors

Purchased a door in Oct. 2006 Was told it was guaranteed for life, now they are saying only parts are guaranteed. also they are very hard to get a hold of. They finally came out and said they would order trim for door and it would be in for us to pick up in a week, well over a month later they finally said it was in, we went up the same day to pick up to find it was the wrong trim,so they said it would be another week when I said something to them about the last time the guy [redacted]) said he must of forgot to order it...My husband and I are tired of the runaround and would like a full refund or new door.
