Repair was not completed. Unable to contact company after the improperly executed repair, despite being told of a one-year warranty.
On 6 Aug 13, we paid $700 for a series of plumbing-related repairs to our home. One of these repairs was to fix a dripping shower faucet. The repair was not completed correctly. Five days after the repair, the faucet dislodged from the wall and the water dripping continued. We then tried to call the company (754-9223), but received an answering machine message that the company had left Hawaii (despite being told that a one-year warranty would accompany the repairs). Not being able to contact the company, we called the repairman ([redacted]) directly. He revisited us on 12 Aug 13, we explained the problem, and he promised to return to complete the repair in 1-2 days. He never returned, and we have been unsuccessful in contacting him. The faucet remains in disrepair.
