The last time he was at our house he said he ordered 2 new sensors for our humidifiers this was jan/feb. He has never returned to finish the job.
D and S Heating installed 2 Honeywell TrueSteam Humidifiers onto our geothermal units in the Spring of 2010. We were started using them November of 2010 the lights keep flashing that something was wrong. D and S did not come out until that January to take a look at them. He said that they needed to be cleaned and that would fix the problem but if it didn't he would come right back. It didn't fix the problem and he didn't come back for at least a month. I ended up calling XXXXX to come out and look at it they tried a similiar thing to fix it but it didn't. D and S eventually came back out and decided that we needed new sensors. This would all be under warranty. That was back in February/March. That was the last time he has been at our house. I have since the owner of D and S numerous times in public and he alwasy says he will come out. 2 weeks ago both my husband and I left him messages and we are yet to receive a response. Now of course my warranty has expired and I still do not have humdifiers that work and he has my new sensors.
