I have been using [redacted]'s company for the last four years and have always been extremely happy with his service. He is always on time, does excellent work and does not overcharge or add unnecessary things just to pad his bill.
On 11/12/2013 this contractor went to my house in Neenah Wisconsin and replaced a switch on the furnace.When I spoke to [redacted] the owner on 11/13, to thank him, I mentioned that the furnace needed to be cleaned. He agreed.Gave him tenant information.[redacted] quoted me a price of $ 79.00. He told me to mail check along with payment for repair.Repair check # 9465Furnace cleaning check # 9466BOTH check were cashed by D & S on 11/19/13.When I called my tenant on 23rd she had not heard from D & S.I was surprised and called [redacted] the owner on 11/23.He was very rude, and upset!Told me: "I am really busy its the first day of deer hunting!". He told me he ll call my tenant in a few days. Time went on....Called D & S again on 11/27/13- spoke to [redacted], he assured me that they would get out to my home soon!!!My tenant called me and still nothing.12/5/2013-called D & S again. Left message.12/6/2013- called D & S again and had the pleasure of speaking with rude [redacted] again. I asked him very nicely what happened to him servicing my furnace. he said :" Oh, [redacted] told you we would get to it, stop being in such a rush." My response was: Can you please provide approximate eta. He refused and said I was bothering him. He said:" we ll get to when we get to it!"What kind of a business is this? What horrible rude way to treat people! My mistake for trusting D & S and mailing them payment for service yet to be rendered. My husband told me not to do and I didn't listen. I would like a receipt for the work D & D did and I want my $ 79.00 to be returned to me. I even mailed them a self addressed stamped envelope. Please help me in getting this resolved.
