This was our second year for contracting services with Mr. [redacted] We signed our contract and paid 1/3 of the total charges on April 9, 2013. We also made our monthly payments for April and May.We had several questions regarding service during this whole time. Mr [redacted]tired at the questions regarding service and on June 9 stated that he was terminating the contract and would be issuing an itemized statement of services received and a refund of funds not used. He did however continue to mow the yard until July to allow us time to find new services.We have contacted Mr [redacted]several times (via phone and email) about non receipt of itemized statement and refund amount.Total amount paid on contract $1198.39. Total amount of services rendered by Mr.[redacted] approximately $852.39Refund due us approximately $350. We disagree with Mr [redacted]regarding services he provided but we are willing to be reasonable about it. The refund amount above provided payment for about 90% of the services Mr. [redacted]stated he provided in previous statements.
