This company contacted me a month after I opened my own business. The CSR informed me that all new companies have to order posters that state hazardous materials and other OSHA rules. I asked the CSR if I had to order these or was this just a solicitation? She informed that the I had to order them and that an inspector would be contacting me to make sure I had them posted on my wall in my place of business. She stated that this was not a solicitation and that all businesses had to have these posters. I told her that I had been in other businesses similar to mine and that they did not have the posters. She stated that they would eventually be fined due to non compliance. I have since found out, after ordering the darn things, that this was a scam and that I do not have to have these posters. It was a cost of $189.00.
