When I first talked to Dustin (owner) he seemed very helpfulWhen the time came to move my mobile home he didn't contact me when he said he wouldI had told him weeks prior that the home HAD to be moved off the land the week of March 21-26, no matter what even if it meant sitting in my parents yard for a few days.He understood The week of I could not get ahold of him until my cousins husband called and said it HAD to be movedSo Friday the 25th of March he sent some workers over to prepThe next day the workers showed up but Dustin did notI was told he was sickBut that prevented me from getting the large porches moved at a time that I had people to help physically move a fence to get the porches and storage building on my landHe finally showed up later after my labor help had to go to workSo it all had to sit on my parents yardA ft trailer, large porches, heat/air unit, under pinning, & miscellaneous itemsI paid in fullDustin said he would call me next week to set up a time for the concrete runners to be put inI never received a callI continued to call and no answerI did call one of his workers that my dad knew and he said he didn't know anything other than waiting to come finish the jobI had to find out how to do the concrete runners and have my brother help meDuring this time I emailed and called trying to get in touchFinally he answered a call I told him I had done the runners and needed him to come move and set everything back the way it wasHe said he would send a guy out to check the ground about how dry it would be on I believed April 16, The guy never showed I called many times and left voice mailsOn May I called and he answered said he was hauling a wide load and would call me back in minBut never didOn Saturday May I called cell and office againThis time I believe his wife answered I told her everything and how it had to get out of my parents yardShe said she would give him the message and have him call me that nightI have not received a callI paid in full for this serviceDustin has not done what he said he was going to do or at the given time I am unable to move into my home due to his lack of business knowledge and customer serviceA totally disregard to his customers and for the services paid for

I don't recommend using this company, they did a lot of damage to my home while it was in transit to the new location , they are unprofessional at their job and I have been fighting with this company since June so I can get the repairs on my home fixed

I had told him 2 weeks prior that the home HAD to be moved off the land the week of March 21-26, 2016 no matter what even if it meant sitting in my parents yard for a few days.He understood. The week of I could not get ahold of him until my cousins husband called and said it HAD to be moved. So Friday the 25th of March he sent some workers over to prep. I paid in full. Dustin said he would call me next week to set up a time for the concrete runners to be put in. I never received a call. I continued to call and no answer. I did call one of his workers that my dad knew and he said he didn't know anything other than waiting to come finish the job. I have not received a call. I paid in full for this service. Dustin has not done what he said he was going to do or at the given time. I am unable to move into my home due to his lack of business knowledge and customer service. A totally disregard to his customers and for the services paid for.
