I have hired D & S plowing to remove snow from my driveway and my daughter's driveway at [redacted]

The company has not come to plow either of the driveways on numerous days with accumulation of snow greater

than 3 inches per contract. I have called and spoken to the owner requesting a full refund earlier in the season &

he promised to try and meet our needs and time frames. He continued to show up after we shoveled our driveway

not meeting time requests. The last blizzard on 3/12/14 he did not even show up once inspite of 4 phone calls from

me and one from my daughter... Neither driveway was plowed and no return phone call to either of us.
