D S Plumbing

I asked Mr [redacted], owner of D S Plumbing (recently changed to Plumb MD) to install a new dishwasher for a condo in San Diego. He called me and told me that the work had been completed and billed me for the new dishwasher. He said that he would forward me the warranty etc. I paid the invoice. Weeks later the tenants called me and said that the dishwasher was not working and that it was never replaced. [redacted], the owner, told them that he would be back to replace it but never came back. Both the tenants and I have been unsuccessful in getting a response back and now I'm out $400.
