Review: [redacted] was paid to repair my hail damaged vehicle. The vehicle was returned with several incomplete repairs. I was told to bring the vehicle back for repairs of things that were not complete. The quality of the products used was poor. I returned the vehicle back to DSR Customs, and Mr. [redacted] waxed part of the vehicle(that was all he did). He returned the vehicle incomplete of repairs discussed. I was then promised that he would paint and repair(exterior)when he install his paint booth. Months passed by and I had not heard from Mr. [redacted] I called him and a date was set, for me to give him my vehicle and he would give me a rental car. Mr. [redacted] would not answer his phone as of today. I was told at the Honda dealership that the paint is now fading, there are clear paint drips on the car. The white glue between the stripes are visible. They tore the rubber around the front windshield, which he claim he had to order, but never installed. The headlights were suppose to be shaved to look like new, they are starting to look yellowish(like before). The top of my Honda was replaced and not installed properly. Last but not least, he charged me to replace my trunk lid, but the dealership said it is the same trunk lid. The trunk lid and hood is not placed on correctly(unleveled). On my receipt he wrote "life time warranty", but refuse to repair my vehicle, or return my money(insurance money).Desired Settlement: I don't trust Mr. [redacted] with the repairs of my car. I would like to have it repaired by someone who can complete the job. Mr. [redacted] took my insurance money and did not complete the work. I would like to be refunded of my insurance money, $6000.00.

He is repairing my vehicle, at this moment. My vehicle is in his possession. I have not seen the car yet.
