Terrible experience. I called [redacted] the owner, on February 5th. Told hime we needed this done within 10 days. He assured me with no doubt that he could meet our timeline wioth no issues. Today is MOnday February 9th. Just received an email from him stating that he has other commitments now and cannot meet my 10 day timeline. I emailed him back and said "Knowing my timeframe, that would have been great information last week. Not appreciated"

His response was: "I DON'T WORK FOR YOU NOR YOUR FIRM!
PERSONALLY I COULDN'T CARE ANY LESS ABOUT YOUR FEELINGS !!
MY SOLE OBLIGATION IS TOO MY FIRM. Appreciate That!"

So it's obvious that if you want a company that you can rely on to do what they say thier going to do... Complete Commercial Maintenance Co is NOT the company that will do that. In his own words: "MY SOLE OBLIGATION IS TOO MY FIRM" His obligation is obvioulsy not to his customers which is what keeps him in existence in the first place!!
