Complainant took out a loan from LOANME on 7/16/2015 for $3095 and agreed to make monthly payments of$351.09 until the balance was paid in full, including fees and accruing interest. Complainant made 10+ paymentsthat were returned from her bank as NSF.  On 4/30/2016 [redacted] charged off the...

account, showing complainant's last payment of $157.95 madeon 3/17/2016. We disagree with complainant's assertion that we made any unlawful statements to her. We have attemptedto work with complainant and offered very reasonable payment arrangements due to her circumstances, but complainanttold us to accept her $10/month or for us to "do as we wish". At this time the account has been forwarded to our legalstaff for suit, seeking the full balance plus interest that has accrued on the account, and we intend to obtain a judgmentand to enforce that judgment.  The current outstanding balance is $10,042.36, a payment plan of $10/mo is simply not reasonable or a workable plan. Sincerely, [redacted]
