Guardian Gen myself. Had electrician wire systed to generator and house. The electrician use the wrong sequence to activate the generator and burned out the control mod in gen. Called two outfits that said they work on generac gen but neither could fix it. Finally got the number of D Square Energy and they came out. Replace electrial controller board and got generator running in less than an hour service call.

Then today seven years later generator failed to start. They came right out to Bellevue and fixed the problem in thirty minutes and generator now runs like new again . Thanks for great service. [redacted]
