D-T Auto Repair and Body

Took my car for repair and paid half down of 575.34. Said rest was due when job complete. When I went a couple days later to pick up my car it was really dusty and dirty. From what I could tell under all that dirt the car looked fixed. Paid him the rest of what I owed him. He told me he just needed me to bring back my car in 10 days so he could buff the bumper and that it wouldn't take long and I could just wait on it. A couple days later I hand washed my car which he said I could do, I noticed the bumper had a wave or dent in it. The headlight was also not fitted correctly. I planned on showing him all of this when I returned. 8 days later I contacted the owner and asked if I could come the following day. He said yes and I told him I would be there around lunch. The following day which was a Friday I show up at 12:15 and he informs me he doesn't have time. He said he would just pic my car up from work on Monday (which is 7 minutes away) and do it. Monday came and he never showed. I contacted him and he said he would be there Tuesday. Tuesday he never showed. I contacted him and we discussed I just bring it to him on Thursday. I do that and he tells me I can pick it up Friday Between 12-1. I arrive at shop at 1:05 that Friday and no one is there. The shop is locked. I call the owner and he tells me he is coming but he could not get the bumper fixed and had to order a new one. I wait 45 minutes on him to get there and nothing is done to my car. Come to find out he has packed up his shop and moved and didn't tell me. Other people were there looking for their vehicles as well. I look at my car and the light is still not fixed. Nothing looks different. He says the bumper and all will be fixed and he would pick it up from my work Tuesday and promises this time and gives me his new shop address. I give him one more chance and here it is the end of the day Tuesday and he never showed. I even confirmed with him yesterday. He has taken my money and didn't fix my car properly and doesn't plan on it.
