Lied to by a salesman, as he sold a truck that I had already done loan paperwork for
After many attempts at securing the truck it was sold out from under me, my son got a loan at our credit union approved and the auto company did not provide title information so our loan could not close, I tried many times to secure the truck with a deposit as [redacted] (salesman) says no just let me give u a loan and then u can redo at ur credit union after we receive title, he assured me that this is normal practices for him and not all proper paper work could be done togather because it never works that way, so we allowed him to do our sons loan and made arrangements to fax paperwork to him and meet him to sign and pick up the truck 3 days later he said the truck would be promptly takin off the website and lot and we got off our phone call saying it's sold to you and I'll meet you Sunday for pickup, well later that same day I was left a voicemail sayin sorry to tell you but iv already sold the truck to someone else sorry about that I'll shred you papers and hung I can't believe people practice this way how can Get a loan but the truck make arrangements for pickup and he sells it??? I don't understand also he has my sons whole life on loan papers that iv never seen and have no idea how that will affect him! I'd like to know where he got the loan and I'd like to see all paper work as well as know that the loan has been canceled
