My technician was James. He called 30 minutes before arrival to establish his arrival time. I showed him to the door and he immediately went to work both diagnosing and repairing the problem. He was quick and efficient. He was professional and personable in his demeanor. The repair was completed quickly. I would request James as my technician, if that's possible, the next time I need to call for garage door repair. Shout out to the lady who took my call to assist in getting same day service. Both of my cars were "locked" in the garage.

Overall great experience! Spring on garage door broke Sunday night around 10p, rendering the door inoperable, effectively trapping our cars in the garage. Called OHDA and immediately got A PERSON (not a recording!!) who scheduled a technician for Monday morning, Chad H called me prior to arriving at 9:15a. He was great! I have my door serviced annually, they replaced my broken door with the best insulated door and recently they upgraded my system once again. They are simply the best company to deal with, from the receptionist, to the managers to their technicians. I was impressed with the high level of professionalism I received from your company, both the office help and the actual repair representative. You set up a repair time window the very same morning I called. When your representative contacted me he said he would be here in half an hour, he was. When he looked at the job he said he would be finished in forth-five minutes, he was. And he explained everything to me in detail, both current problem and potential future problems and ways I could save money on my next call. I HIGHLY recommend Overhead Door to ANYONE looking for a Garage door company. When they came to do a repair on my door, I was blown away by their OUTSTANDING customer service. Each person I worked with, was better than the one before. All of the repair personal were warm, friendly, knowledgeable respectful and not out to make a buck, but rather to help me, the homeowner, get my garage door back up and working. They made suggestions on getting the repair working that honestly they didn't have to, but that shows the type of character of the employees. This is just how the company works. Their prices are industry standard fair and the service was quick. I had my door back up and working no time. I couldn't be happier that I made the call to Overhead Door!
Just as a side note- I work in Customer Service for major company- so I know good service when I see it and this company produces great employees and delivers incredible customer services. People are the first to complain in life and rarely compliment. I wanted to make sure that I compliment them because their customer service really did impress me alot!!

I was very impressed with the service I received. I am a new customer. I got an appointment right away. Paul did not have the springs I needed on the truck with him, but he got them and was out here the next morning to install them. I'm going to need a new garage door opener in a couple of years (or sooner!); I will be calling Overhead Door.
