D & T Golf Cars

I had no lights or horn on my golf cart. I called D&T for repairs. They came out on 9-19-2013, replaced wiring for horn and lights. Wife used golf cart and wires that were just installed burned. There charges were $135.67 for these repairs. I called D&T, they picked up the cart to take to their shop , repaired the wiring and returned the cart to me at a cost of &5273. When the repairman first started working on the cart he disconnected the light switch and when he re-installed it he put it in upside down and never, (even when I complained about it) never installed it in the correct position.
