D & T Golf Carts

I made a verbal contract with the owner ([redacted]) of D & T Golf Carts to upgrade my golf cart to 48 volts for a sum of $1200.00 I gave him $600 on Dec. 24, 2013 to pay for parts. I then gave him the cart to work on Dec. 30 with an understanding it would take one or two days to replace the batteries, solenoid and controller box. I have had to go to British Columbia to work but enquiries though a neighbour and phone calls have been unsuccessful in getting the cart finished and returned. He told me last week he needed two micro-switches to complete the job. He told by phone on Jan. 13 that he had the switches and it would be done by the end of the day, but still, over three weeks from the down payment, he keeps making excuses. I am frustrated because I am out of state.
