On 8 March, 2014, I purchased a Snoop Dogg G Pen from DT International. The battery unit would not hold a charge, so I contacted the company for a return authorization of the product on 31 March. It took three days to verify the address to return the item. The item shipped on 7 April, 2014, and, according to the USPS tracking site, was out for delivery on 9 April. As no one was available to sign for the parcel, USPS claims a notice of delivery was left. April 16th DT International customer service claimed they had not received the item. When recontacted a week later, DT International claimed they still had not received the item nor had they received notice. They also claimed to have contacted their local post office but no package could be found. I telephoned the Duncanville, Tx post office on 29 April, inquiring about the package and was informed that the package was there ready for pick up, had been for awhile, and that a notice had been left.
