We have documentation from [redacted] and from the Master Plumber that did the work. [redacted] stopped payment on her check and has not paid for the services rendered. We have a signed invoice from [redacted] approving the work completed and the amount charged. The original bid was...

for $950 and once the plumber arrived [redacted] added additional work onto the job. The problem was not with the work we completed nor with anything that we repaired. She demanded that the plumber return on Monday at a certain time she did not ask to set up a appointment which is considered an emergency call if we leave one job to go to another that is not on the schedule. The owner and the plumber have offered to meet with [redacted] to go over the job with [redacted] but she was unwilling to meet. We have emails and text messages of many conversations with [redacted] and we also had offered to remove charges incurred from the stop payment on the check. The last email we received from [redacted] stated she was going to pay us and she wanted a Release of Lien signed. As of today 04-24-18 we still have not been paid for work and material from March15, 2018.
