Company has had my unit for repair for three weeks and has not provided me with any updates or anestimated completion date.
Within weeks of buying an electronic collar from this business, it stopped charging. I returned the unit (at my expense) to the company, which has now had the unit for three weeks. I have twice called for updates and been told, "It's back with repair. We'll call you when we have an update." I cannot get any update or an estimated completion date. I was told several hours ago that the customer support manager would call me when he got off the phone. That did not happen.
