Same complaint as previous reviews. They lack any kind of customer service or service in general. They are a third party repair company for an extended warranty I have on my GE Washer.

On 2/20/19 DT TV came out to our house and diagnosed our Viking Stove issue as a faulty thermostat. We paid them $140.40 check#*** for the service call. A few days later they called requesting our credit card number to order the thermostat. We gave them the credit card number and they ordered the part. We called DT TV after a month passed by to inquire about the status of our repair. They never answered the phone and we left a number of requests for them to return our call on their answer machine. Finally, a week later on 3/22/19 we called again and talked to a person at DT TV and they told us that they would be coming out to do the repair on 3/25/19 and that they would call us and give us a 3 hr. window of time regarding their arrival for the repair. At the 3:45 p.m we called to inquire about when they would arrive to do the repair. The lady who answered the phone (Sue) said she would call Michelle the repair person and then call us right back to let us know when they would arrive. They never called us back and we have been leaving numerous messages on their answer machine ever sense. Todays date is 4/3/19.

Parts deposit has been sent back to customer via mail USPS. Mrs O Connor was threatening and aggressive. we felt the best resolution was to refund the customers Oarts deposit, as out techs cannot work in a hostile environment. Check was put in the mail at the longview postoffice yesterday at 6 pm

First of all, my wife was never hostile to DT-TV. We waited until 12 noon on 4/10/19 to hear from DT-TV regarding them coming to our house to repair our Viking stove. At 12 noon we called Michelle at 360751*** to find out when they would be arriving. We got her voice mail. At 2 p.m. we received a voicemail on our cell phone saying that DT-TV would not be coming out after all because of our hostility and that they would be sending us a refund for the part that they ordered and charged with our credit card. We have every reason to believe that they won't do this as they haven't done anything else that they said they would do.

I have had basically the same experience as 2 previous complaints. This company is the third party repair for Home Depot protection plan. I have been without my washing machine for 6 weeks. I was told by Home Depot that there are no other options for a repair company. I saw service techs twice....once to review the problem and once to change the control panel. Machine still needed more repair. Was told parts were ordered and then that they arrived. I was given scheduled times with no shows each time. Not even a courtesy call to reschedule. This results in lost time from work and complete frustration plus going to the laundromat to wash. The customer service is a zero. Phone calls that are not answered, messages left with no return call, and voice mail is full so you can't leave a message. I do not blame my local HD as they also have no control over who is contracted for these services. I do not recommend purchasing a protection plan through HD if you live in Southwest WA because if you do need service, all you will get is frustrated and no repair.

This company is a complete joke! They were hired by *** to service my washer and for 2 months I have tried calling for status on ordered part and they have not once answered my phone calls or returned my messages! I cant beileve *** uses such a terrible place

I paid for one house call where the technician identified the problem with my television. The plan was to search for the part. After locating the part, I was asked to come in and write a check for the part, approx $260. The part arrived about a week later, repair scheduled, Jan 31, and no one showed up I called and called. First the story was the technician had the flu. Then they said they had called / not true, I was here and have caller ID. I said I understood illness, please get well and reschedule my repair. Since then, I leave messages and no one answers. I recently call several times a day. No reply at all and I’m out the money for the house call and the part. The courtesy of a reply isn’t asking too much.
