Review: Driving instructor who goes by the name of John or [redacted], uses his cell phone for calls while giving driving lessons. I made a initial complaint last year but the instructor called me and said in order to continue lessons I would have to drop my complaint , which I did because a refund was not going to be given to me.Desired Settlement: Refund

Review: I initially paid 250.00 to start my driving lessons (5 total) and to be scheduled for the road test. I have received one lesson October ** 2013, and attended the five hour class on October ** 2013. On Saturday October ** we scheduled the second lesson for November * 2013 9:00 a.m, because the instructor ([redacted]) claimed he would be on vacation, but failed to inform me of this upon my signing up a week prior before I payed in FULL . Today on November * 2013 I arrived to the DTOP driving school at 9:00 a.m. and the female representative who has an internet cafe informed me that [redacted] was not there. I called him about three times and finally got an answer ([redacted], who sounded as if I just woke him up). [redacted] explained that he put down 10:00 a.m. instead of 9:00a.m. (which is ridiculous considering I made it very clear I have to be at work at 11:00 a.m and need travel time) and he would be able to make it to the DTOP school in about thirty minutes. I explained that I paid him in full unlike the rest of the students who have given installments, and this is a set back on his part and an inconvenience for me. I live in valley stream and traveled to make my way there, and you could not call me the day before if you weren't accurate on the time? [redacted] never apologized, and actually said "There is nothing I can do" which is horrible customer service. During my first lesson [redacted] did not perform to his best ability in providing excellent service as he was preoccupied with numerous phone calls on his iphone.Desired Settlement: I paid for five lessons which I have only received one, and my road test is scheduled for December ** 2013. As per my inconvenience due to DTOP's unprofessional behavior, I request an extra lesson which would total as five lessons starting from todays date, November * 2013. I also would like for these classes to be scheduled on paper , signed and dated , by myself and the dtop representative ([redacted]) to serve as a contract. If at anytime he cannot be present for these lessons I am to be notified in advance instead of not notifying me at all. If the above cannot be established, I would like a complete refund.
