Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I was present for the phone conversations that [redacted] had with my husband, ***, and am aware of the actual content of those conversationsFortunately, we recorded our conversations with [redacted] , as well as our conversations with the DMV and tax office, and can contend that [redacted] statements are not consistent with her statements in those recordingsAs phone logs and the corresponding recordings can confirm, there were neither requests made to return the vehicle, nor counter-requests made to keep the vehicle - only repeated attempts to ascertain the delay in completing the transaction and transferring ownership of the vehicle we purchased to usReturn of the vehicle for a refund was first and only suggested in the original written complaint to the Revdex.com as a (deeply undesirable) potential resolution to the issue of the incomplete transactionIt was listed there as one of several reasonable options that we wished [redacted] had offered to us, in a show of good faith, rather than us suggesting those options to the dealership in a public complaint. After we opened this and other complaints against [redacted] with multiple government agencies, the dealership did submit the registration and mail the plates and receipt [redacted] mailed the items directly to me (***), not to ***, whose name was neither on the registration nor the title, despite our request at the sale that the document be made joint (representing additional title correction costs for us)Further, despite [redacted] previous claims that " [redacted] " at the DMV assured her our title was already in the DMV system, the date of the late title transfer and the $late registration fee assessed by the DMV are recorded on the registration receipt, corroborating that her recorded statements were not consistent with her actions.Because [redacted] did transfer ownership of the vehicle to us, ending our transactional relationship, and taking into consideration the level of professionalism exhibited by the proprietor's response to this complaint, we need no further contact with or from [redacted] ***, or any of its representatives, for the foreseeable future Regards, [redacted] ?

I am rejecting this response because:I was present for the phone conversations that [redacted] had with my husband, [redacted], and am aware of the actual content of those conversations. Fortunately, we recorded our conversations with [redacted], as well as our conversations with the DMV and tax office, and can contend that [redacted] statements are not consistent with her statements in those recordings. As phone logs and the corresponding recordings can confirm, there were neither requests made to return the vehicle, nor counter-requests made to keep the vehicle - only repeated attempts to ascertain the delay in completing the transaction and transferring ownership of the vehicle we purchased to us. Return of the vehicle for a refund was first and only suggested in the original written complaint to the Revdex.com as a (deeply undesirable) potential resolution to the issue of the incomplete transaction. It was listed there as one of several reasonable options that we wished [redacted] had offered to us, in a show of good faith, rather than us suggesting those options to the dealership in a public complaint. After we opened this and other complaints against [redacted] with multiple government agencies, the dealership did submit the registration and mail the plates and receipt. [redacted] mailed the items directly to me ([redacted]), not to [redacted], whose name was neither on the registration nor the title, despite our request at the sale that the document be made joint (representing additional title correction costs for us). Further, despite [redacted] previous claims that "[redacted]" at the DMV assured her our title was already in the DMV system, the date of the late title transfer and the $10 late registration fee assessed by the DMV are recorded on the registration receipt, corroborating that her recorded statements were not consistent with her actions.Because [redacted] did transfer ownership of the vehicle to us, ending our transactional relationship, and taking into consideration the level of professionalism exhibited by the proprietor's response to this complaint, we need no further contact with or from [redacted], or any of its representatives, for the foreseeable future.

2002 Volkswagen Golf [redacted] purchases 2002 Volkswagen Golf for the amount of $2,200 (plus TTL) on 08/26/17  and used [redacted] to Register. At date of sale I [redacted] DBA [redacted] informed buyer [redacted] that we did not have title due to the aution did not have available....

Auction was having trouble in communicating with seller of 2002 Volkswagen Golf, I ask [redacted] if it was ok to wait a few weeks for auction to send me Title over before considering doing a title bond, he agreed as long as he has his plates before temporary plates run out. I got a respond back from auction saying they would have title available by sept 19th 2017 I [redacted] contacted [redacted] and he said he didn’t have any problem as long as I get him the title. Then [redacted] called asking why [redacted] have not done transfer on VW and informed her I have been in contact with [redacted] she claims not to know nothing about our conversation and wanting to return back the VW said she was going to come up here the following weekend and never did. [redacted] called me the following week and clamed she had called the DMV for information on the VW and said DMV told her she was getting scammed with this purchase because [redacted] does not appear on there system and the VW was transferred to someone else name, [redacted]’s words. I called [redacted] and [redacted] said he does want the transfer done and he never agreed to returning back the VW. That’s when I sent [redacted] threw next day mail his plates on October 11,17 and was received on October 12 17.   If you have any questions please feel free to contract me at [redacted] ** [redacted]
