WarrenCo Construction & Paving is a reputable company that strives to leave each customer with a highly-satisfied experience both in the quality of our workmanship as well as our customer service WarrenCo has been in direct communication with Ms*** on numerous occasions regarding her
concernsUnfortunately, Ms*** is alleging that there is a defect in the workmanship and/or materials which simply isn’t trueThe area of concern was initially addressed as a “rough spot”WarrenCo investigated and found the rough spot to be consistent with the type of finish that Ms*** selected to have completed on her project (a fractured earth finish)Furthermore, at no point did WarrenCo identify any failure in materials that would lend itself to the deterioration as alleged by Ms***Contrary to that allegation, one could argue that the chipped face of Ms***’s project bears all the hallmarks of a failed DIY attempt to correct a perceived imperfectionSince the start, Ms*** has made numerous complaints regarding various aspects of this projectMore specifically, it was alleged that WarrenCo drove over and broke decorative stone that lined the side of Ms***’s drivewayFortunately, WarrenCo was able to obtain publicly available photos that were timestamped nearly three years earlier (2014) that show very clearly the decorative stone already being in a broken and split condition long before WarrenCo was ever contracted for this projectAdditionally, after the project was completed, Ms*** was not satisfied with the sealer application that was applied to her new concreteWarrenCo investigated the complaint and found the sealing to be completeHowever, in keeping with our commitment to customer service, WarrenCo resealed the entire porch at no additional cost to Ms***As stated previously, WarrenCo has been in contact with Ms*** regarding all of her concernsLikewise, we have extended acts of good faith in our attempt to resolve amicably any hard feelings or worries that Ms*** might haveHowever, it is WarrenCo’s position that the project was completed in a good and workmanlike manner that is consistent with all applicable industry standardsAccordingly, we expect to be paid in full for a project that was completed in full.To that end, WarrenCo stands behind our work with an industry-leading one year warrantyIn addition to being a member of the Revdex.com (Revdex.com), WarrenCo is a member of the Builder's Association of Greater Indianapolis (BAGI), the Indiana Builder's Association (IBA), and the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) and conforms to these industry standardsAs such, should any issues arise as it relates to the scope of work performed, please be assured that WarrenCo will honor its warranty in accordance to those standards

Mr***’s complaint is completely unfounded and strikes at the very heart of the customer service that WarrenCo prides itself inThe allegation of misleading advertising is on its face both egregious and speciousThe coupon that Mr*** is referring to came out after WarrenCo was already contracted to do the jobIn fact, the project was completed and was awaiting final payment when Mr*** asked for a $discountWarrenCo informed Mr*** that we would not be able to apply that coupon to his jobHowever, as a good faith gesture on our part, WarrenCo provided a $discount to the remaining balanceUnfortunately, while Mr*** found the discount to be unsatisfactory he had no problem in taking advantage of the discount then immediately filed a complaint with the Revdex.comMr*** expressed displeasure at the install timeline and can be assured that WarrenCo shares this sentimentIt is always our goal to have an efficient and streamlined install process that meets every customer’s expectationUnfortunately, outdoor construction is subject to many different variables, including inclement weather, and it is with great regret that WarrenCo must sometimes make changes to the schedule to adjust accordingly Furthermore, Mr***’s allegation that he did not receive a copy of his signed contract, including the terms and specifics of WarrenCo’s warranty, stands in direct contradiction to the truthAs proof, WarrenCo can submit documentation where, upon receiving a request from Mr*** on 9/08/at 3:03pm WarrenCo responded and provided both an electronic copy of the signed agreement bearing Mr***’s signature as well as an electronic copy of our warrantyThis response was provided the same day as Mr*** made his requestIn fact, it was provided on 9/08/at 3:40pm, not more than minutes after his request WarrenCo is a reputable company that prides itself in our great customer service, excellent quality and an industry-leading warrantyIt is unfortunate that Mr*** is not happy but it is our stance that WarrenCo provided the customer with a beautiful end product and went above and beyond in offering a discount after the fact

I was threatened by the business that they will file a mechanic lien if I don't pay todaySo I have paid them all under the pressure of losing my property. I also asked them to send me a copy of the agreement and the warranty policy.I still, however, insist they should offer the $discount,
so my complaint and the dispute are still effective, and I hope then can refund me to solve this dispute. Thanks

concerns. Specifically, their allegation that only one of our crew members on their project spoke “good English” is entirely false and borderline offensive. A number of the crew members, including the foreman, are fluent in both English and Spanish. We find this skillset to be an asset rather than an obstacle during the course of our business.  Most projects take place over the course of several days depending on the overall scope of work to be performed. Furthermore, the homeowner’s comments regarding the use of vehicles and equipment turning around in the yard is simply part of construction. While WarrenCo takes precaution to prevent damage to yards and landscaping, the very nature of construction necessitates the use of heavy equipment and foot traffic. As the homeowner notes, their phone line was accidentally cut. It was not buried to industry appropriate depths. Regardless, WarrenCo took responsibility and contacted the service provider to get it repaired immediately. Likewise, there was a small accident with their flag pole. We notified the homeowner and repaired the pole accordingly. Payment is required upon the day of completion. This expectation was conveyed and agreed upon as stated in our contract. The homeowners met with our Superintendent of Construction regarding their concerns about their concrete. At that time, it was WarrenCo’s determination that the damage that had occurred to the concrete was the result of salt. This type of damage is outside of our control and not covered under warranty. It is WarrenCo’s position that the project was completed in a good and workmanlike manner that is consistent with all applicable industry standards. To that end, WarrenCo stands behind our work with an industry-leading one-year warranty. Additionally, WarrenCo is a member of the Builder’s Association of Greater Indianapolis (BAGI), the Indiana Builder’s Association (IBA), and the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) and conforms to these industry standards.
