Review: [redacted] put a roof on for me the week of 11-20-2013. He did a very good job putting the roof on. I paid him that Friday in full. He had to put rain spout up on the left side of house and in front a small section and in the back a small section. I paid him and he said that he would come on the following Monday to finish it. He did not come. I waited for a couple of weeks. I called him and he said when the weather gets better he will take care of it. I told him that he lefted a laddar here. I said you can get it when you put the rain spout up. I put the laddar in my garage. The next day he had someone to pick the laddar up. I was not at home at the time. My neighbor told me a man came in my yard and said that a laddar was lefted here. My neighbor did not see this man working on my roof. The man said I hope no one took it. Well winter came and I knew that they could not put it up. I have called him many times and left text messages also. He said he had two others that he had to do also. Now he is not returning my calls or texts. I text him on 4-22-2014 and asked if he had any idea when you are going to put my rain spout up. No answer. Called and lefted message on 6-17-2014 still no answer. He said that he has the rain sprout. If he brings it I can get someone else to put it up for me.Desired Settlement: I would like him to put the rain spout on or just bring it and I will pay someone else to put it up. Then charge him for having someone put it up for me.
