I have had them scheduled to come to my house to fix my Fridge for almost monthsThey missed the first appointment without calling to make us aware they were not showing upUpon their second appointment they were in and out under minThey said they would order the part and call me back to schedule an appointmentThey never calledWhen I proactively called them, they stated they had yet to order the part as they thought we were ordering the part and would call them.....????? THIS IS CRAZY!!!! They then went ahead an ordered the part on their endI set up an appointment a week later and once again they did not show up nor did they call to let us know they were not going to be hereAlso, there schedule window is hours - That means we go out of our way and cancel appointments to make sure someone is home to let them into fix the fridgeFrustrating on many levelsI called and complained but was only able to leave a VMSeems that they rarely pick up the phoneThe next day a service repair man called me and told me he was an hour awayI went home and waited and he never showed upAlso, never called to tell me he wasn't going to showI hope you are seeing a pattern hereWORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITHIf I treated my clients like this I would be out of business in a secondI will NEVER use them again and by the way, my fridge is still broken

Repairman came, said he needed a part, got a down payment for $250.00, then never showed up on scheduled date, nor afterwardsThe company will not answer phone callsI've been scammed

This company is a complete SCAM!!! They will start service acting as if they are the best in the businessFrom the minute they arrive, and their unprofessional appearance that was the first indication NOT to allow them in your home Followed by broken promises , after they get you to pay a $service call paymentYou will call and they wont answer, or they will act as if they are working hard on getting another tech to come to your home shortlyEven having to go to the extreme of calling from unknown numbers to get them to answer to better understand why no one has came and done my repair work DONT DONT DONT use them unless you want the unsettling feeling wondering if / and when they finally do come do the work, if they actually replaced the part they said was brokenWith out a part number, and more unanswered calls, our dishwasher is still not working properly
Don't forget they will use there favorite line when a dispute comes about "the customer refused service" be sure to have proof that you didn't

Also, there schedule window is 6 hours - That means we go out of our way and cancel appointments to make sure someone is home to let them into fix the fridge. Frustrating on many levels. I called and complained but was only able to leave a VM. Seems that they rarely pick up the phone. The next day a service repair man called me and told me he was an hour away. I went home and waited and he never showed up. Also, never called to tell me he wasn't going to show. I hope you are seeing a pattern here. WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. If I treated my clients like this I would be out of business in a second. I will NEVER use them again and by the way, my fridge is still broken.

Was quoted $100.00 by tech to repair water line on fridge. When job finished the bill was $233.00. Had the parts removed and asked them leave. Felt threatened in home.
Googled the part on Amazon and it is $35.00.
DO NOT USE.
