this is the 5th time I have sent this. After we got the compliant from Mr. [redacted] through the Revdex.com we have sent him three emails (2) from Christy and (1) from me to do any repairs he needed done. I never got a response until the 4th where he just wanted the money of $300.00. We will be sending him a credit toward his credit card today. We did get him the paint colors. Regards, Mike A[redacted] Here is his response on the 4th of July. I entered into an agreement with DWR to have my kitchen remodeled. That agreement was to have the remodel completed in 6 weeks. On the 10th week your project manager left the job saying it was complete when in my opinion it was not. A second project manager was brought in to complete the deficiencies but they were not corrected. Over and above that my credit card was billed - without my authorization - for the final payment due upon completion of the work. I sent emails to both you and your helper notifying you of the deficiencies. A month goes by with no response from DWR so a complaint was filed with the Revdex.com. Suddenly I get your attention. However once there was no response to my emails and the complaint was submitted I was done with DWR. I am seeking the amount in the complaint so either I or another contractor can correct the deficiencies. I also am requesting the spec for the ceiling paint - which I have already requested from your project manager - so I can correct the spots DWR painted with what I assume is the cabinet paint the cabinet paint. The reason being is that no credit has posted to my credit card account. Once I see this credit, I will consider the complaint resolved. According to my credit card company, once DWR initiates the credit, it will post to my account within 3-5 business days.
