Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 5, 2016/05/18) */ I met the customer at his home located at N Traverse Clovis CAWe discussed stone veneer and business at the step areas leading up to his front doorThe asking price of $11,800- He changed his mind several times finally ending with brick wall, stone veneeredI have texts, and I have witness account that he was happy with the workMy company veneered his entrance in August, we finished the rest of the masonry by Sept.29, We left the job site clean, and all work cleanMr [redacted] wasn't willing to spend the extra $to bend the molds for wall caps at the fountain I made do with radius that comes stockThey- he and wife changed colors when caps were in production adding extra cost Everything seemed fine Sept I received final paymentMr [redacted] talked about my work in the back yard patio, stone wall, mentioned he loved me and my work Oct 10, he text me about two walls in the frontHe added the curve to them, they look fine, a meeting with Mr [redacted] was a no showHis wife came out and started yelling at me about what the gardener said about my workI did not respondI started to walk to my truck and she followed saying I am terrible worker and I do bad workI started to explain that they didn't want to pay extra for the molds to be bentShe got worked upMr [redacted] was on speaker talking Chinese I didn't understand so I left According to ASTM standards I'm good, the work has been seen by other contractors and they agree it looks good now since I have done the work they have added lights, therefore, my warranty stops I don't know exactly when but all of a sudden my Facebook and other avenues were sent complaints about my companyThis [redacted] who I've never met starting posting without picturesAlso, using fake address, terrible things Here are the photos taken in Oct showing my work, also Mr [redacted] wished me happy holidays Dec I wish this could go awayI have tried to be nice, took less pay for the job and still did a great job Please feel free to compare the walls to the others in the neighborhood, please check out the photos Thanks

We left the job site clean, and all work clean. Mr. [redacted] wasn't willing to spend the extra $500 to bend the molds for wall caps at the fountain I made do with radius that comes stock. They- he and wife changed colors when caps were in production adding extra cost.
