Review: May [redacted] 2015 Wiltshire was called for any available rentals for the next day May **, 2015 for my son's Prom. I told this gentleman, named, [redacted] that I wanted a limo but something fancy. He said he had an Excalibur left. He asked me how many people would be in the limo and I told him just two (2). I asked him what would be in the limo since I was getting a candy and fruit basket together to be put in their. He told me , juice, soda and water and ice. H told me it is a 10 hour package for $950.00 plus tax and tip. I agreed.

The car showed up on time and it was a basic car. It was a Lincoln car with a kit car front of an Excalibur. It held two persons in the back. Not something appropriate for a prom for 10 hours. There was no soda, juice or ice. This was not the limo I had discussed. I e-mailed [redacted] and expressed my disappointment but accepted the car to take my son to prom. The chauffeur told me this is the car that is utilized for bride and grooms to take to church not really something you stay in for 10 hours for a prom. No music, no privacy, no lights and no drinks or place to put any, including my candy and fruit basket. I then noticed the rear left brake light out and the front light out and notified [redacted] via e-mail immediately. ( e-mail was done to prove contact and because [redacted] told me this was the best way to contact him) I contacted via e-mail 6 times to [redacted] with no response. The chauffeur was relieved of his duties early and [redacted] was notified of that as well via e-mail. My son felt completely uncomfortable. I called [redacted] the next day and he told me he would work with me and do something for me but he was not in the office and would call me back. He did not. After 6 hours, I called again and he told me the same thing. I then waited until the next day and e-mailed him that I would appreciate half of my money back and for him to acknowledge this e-mail by the end of the day or I would seek legal action. I have not had any reply. I explained to him that it was unethical and unprofessional to have done this by asking me how many persons and sending me a regular car when I asked for and paid for a 4 -8 passenger limo. I asked him via e-mail to send me pictures of the inside and as well as the outside. He sent only the outside, front view.Desired Settlement: Since I accepted the car to take my son to prom then from prom to home, it was not utilized for the 10 hours because of the kids feeling uncomfortable and this was not the expected vehicle, memories were spoiled, I am asking for 75% of the money I paid. Chauffeur was paid his $180.00 for required tip. I would like to receive at least $675.00 back to me.
