When Woodall AC initially installed my completely new AC unit, I was happyThe workers were nice, seemed to know what they were doing I had to call them twice within the same year to fix leaks, which I said "meh, it happens" Then this week, about years into my BRAND NEW COMPLETE UNIT, the blower motor goes outThey tell me they will order a new one and it's under warrantyI was happy with this Then today, they do the install and my wife tells me they charged us for labor First of all they were there minutes Second of all I paid thousands of dollars for a completely new system less than two years agoIf they want to charge something for labor, I can live with that, but bucks for minutes of workThat's complete ** I have recommend them to people who I know used them, so I feel taken advantage of I will go out of my way now to make sure nobody I know uses them What a shame
