us understand and determine a payment structure that works for everyoneI would also like to apologize that you felt the questioning to get this information was condescendingIf someone drives a vehicle in Colorado without a valid driver's license and gets pulled over, the vehicle may be impoundedIf this happens, the vehicle is repossessedAgain, I apologize if his explanation felt condescendingRegarding your accusation that our manager is racist, I strongly disagreeNeither he or any employee at DAuto Credit is racistWe not only have a diverse staff but also a very diverse customer baseWhen you came back in to get your application, I was the person the manager was speaking withHe was explaining to me what had occurredYou were obviously upset and very loudWe had several customers in our small office and I thought it best to not engage a conversation with you under the circumstancesAgain, I apologize that you had a negative experience and am available to discuss your concerns at your convenienceKarl HOwner DAuto Credit

We do an excellent job of reconditioning our used vehicle inventory and include a very thorough day/3,mile limited warranty*** contacted our office on January 26th with concerns after having a mechanic checkout the vehicleHe told us that the mechanic said that the head gasket was
leaking, the brakes were metal to metal and the timing belt was cracked and needed to be replacedHe scheduled an appointment and came in on January 29thThe brakes were new(we do a brake job on every vehicle during reconditioning), the timing belt had been replaced approximately 20k miles ago(no cracks or signs of wear) and a pressure test was done with no leaks apparent and holding steady pressureNo chargeWe showed and explained everything to ***Later that day he called and said he had taken it to another mechanic and still had concerns about the head gasket and also the rack and pinion and a transmission leakWe set up an appointment for the next morning(Jan30th)He did not show nor return any callWe have attempted to call him several times with no responseAll of his concerns are covered in the limited warrantyWe would like the opportunity to inspect these concerns and correct any issue
