purchased their software and it is crashing doesnt work right. contacted support via email several times and unresolved. requested refund got denied.
purchased software from their website 9/4/2012 about 1am [redacted] 2.0. installed and proceded to load my database of music and karaoke songs, program freezes up and crashes every time. after 15 hours of trying different times to scan my music it still crashes. called support the next morning was told to submit a ticket on the website, did that, they emailed me with possible problems to try and fix. did what they suggested and still crashing. emailed them back requesting refund, they emailed me back with more things to try. did those and same outcome. I have no other issues with the 2 other programs I use for my DJ service so its not my music or files.
